Horse riding – coastal, inland and riverside

Ride with us through the beautiful Costa Vicentina Nature Park, with pleasant temperatures all year round. Come with us to different beaches, rivers, cork oak forests, pine groves and fantastic coastline with breathtaking views.

Trail Rides only for experienced, sympathetic riders. Our horses are all trained without force, live in a herd environment and are reliable, relaxed and happy. We ride without bits and use different saddles, depending on the horse (English, Western or Australian).

Year-round surfing

Escape the cold winter in mild Portugal.
During summer the waves on the west coast are impressive, from autumn you will often find the perfect surf waves right on our doorstep, with the beach 700 metres away from Quinta Vida Boa.

You can start walking directly from Quinta Vida Boa – along the coast and inland – without encountering many roads and cars.

From the Quinta to Burgau a path follows the coast with magnificent views over the Atlantic and ends in the small, romantic streets of the fishing village (about 1.5 hours of leisurely hiking. The direct walking route by road takes only about 20 minutes).
Continuing from Burgau to Lagos (12 km), a good trail leads along the coast with plateaus and wildflowers.

Mountain Bike Tours

The nature park offers great conditions for bike tours. The wide variety of paths and paths offers something for every taste.

The Musette Bike in Salema, recommended by us, offers several possibilities: You can rent good mountain bikes and explore the area on your own. There are bicycles of all sizes and also trailers and bicycle seats for the little ones.
Or book a guided tour and let the expert guides lead you through the hidden paths.
